Legal / Information handling
Privacy Policy
Last updated 20 September 2026.
This policy explains what information Schliff Group collects through this website, why it is used, and the choices available to people who submit an enquiry or register interest.
1. Information collected
The enquiry and register-interest forms may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, company or organisation, website, location, role, preferred contact method, selected lane or opportunity type, project context, timing, budget range, use case, and the message you choose to provide.
2. How information is used
Information is used to review a submission, route it to the relevant Schliff Group lane, respond where appropriate, assess a supplier, media, partnership, or strategic opportunity, and understand interest in emerging lanes. Registration does not guarantee a response, access, partnership, or launch timing.
3. Storage and access
Form submissions are stored in the website’s protected database. They are not published on the website. Records are held in Cloudflare D1 through OpenAI Sites and are limited to authorised administration and service operations. Infrastructure can process data outside Australia; Australian-only residency is not promised. Do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential incident information, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
4. Sharing
Information may be handled by service providers required to host, secure, maintain, or operate the website. It is not intended to be sold as personal data. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and site security.
5. Analytics and cookies
This website does not load third-party analytics or advertising pixels. Hosting may use necessary security cookies. Temporary hashed network counters help prevent repeated form submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored in those counters. Infrastructure providers may keep security logs.
6. Retention and correction
Submissions may be retained while the related enquiry, opportunity, or future-lane interest remains relevant, and for reasonable operational or legal record-keeping. You can use the contact pathway to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable obligations and identity verification.
7. External websites
The website links to related brand websites. External websites have their own privacy practices and terms.
8. Contact
For access, correction, deletion or a privacy concern, call Peter Schliff on 0459 935 450 or use the contact pathway with General selected. Include enough context to identify the issue. Identity verification may be needed. The OAIC provides guidance on unresolved privacy complaints.
